Throughout my professional career, I have endeavored to participate in the greater legal community. Below, you can find information on a few of the groups in which I maintain membership.
American Civil Liberties Union (aclu.org) – Founded in 1920, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) today boasts more than 500,000 members. The ACLU has a long-standing reputation in the United States for its aggressive pursuit of justice and equality for all of humankind. Specifically, the ACLU is passionate about protecting the rights of freedom of speech, equal protection under the law, due process, and privacy.
American Association for Justice (justice.org) – The American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) mission is simple: protect the rights of employed persons who have been injured on the job. Since 1946, AAJ has provided comprehensive resources and ongoing legal education to a vast network of law students, law professors, attorneys, and paralegals.
